This year Miloslav Cváček (ISMM Group) and Jan Školník (HOBRA-Školník) will show how to do business with impact. Both look far beyond the gates of their businesses and give something extra back to society.
Miloslav Cváček has built the consulting company into a successful family-owned ISMM Group with more than 700 employees and sales of around CZK 1.5 billion. In addition to business, he systematically focuses on fair treatment of employees and other social issues and supports a number of sports, cultural and charity projects.
Jan Školník runs the family company HOBRA-Školník, which is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of filtration and insulation solutions. Together with his wife, he founded the Broumov Region Development Agency and through it actively develops his home region. He has received numerous awards for his philanthropic activities. This year he received the silver medal of the President of the Senate.
We will explore Miloslav’s and Jan’s paths to philanthropic activities, find out which areas they are passionate about and ask what it brings them – both selfishly and selflessly.
