Ivan Igor: People, not buildings, will ensure the transformation of the Moravian-Silesian Region

The Moravian-Silesian Region is historically dependent on coal and gas. With the vision of developing an innovation ecosystem and transforming the region into a smart and green one, the University of Science and Technology Ostrava came together with the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre. Ivan Igor, Director of REFRESH – the largest of the projects under the Operational Project Fair Transformation in the Czech Republic, answers questions about the plans and who else is involved in the transformation.
