Mark H. Rümmeli: I dream that we can use atoms as bricks to build new materials

The University of Mining and Metallurgy – Technical University of Ostrava has gained significant scientific strength. From January 2024, Mark H. Rümmeli will lead the Electron Beam Emergent Additive Manufacturing project within the prestigious ERA Chairs Horizon Europe programme. He moved to Ostrava from China with his entire family and is gradually building a new research group with a groundbreaking research topic at the Institute of Environmental Technology.
