This non-profit organization started its activities at the beginning of 2011. Over time, the number of agendas and sub-objectives required the establishment of a separate organisation with a clearly defined mission, objectives and legal personality. At the constituent meeting on February 1, 2019, a separate registered association with a clearly defined mission was established. The members of the Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact are the Moravian-Silesian Region, the Statutory City of Ostrava, the Association for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic.
Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact
The primary mission of the MS Employment Compact is to help people find jobs in the county. They focus on career counselling, cooperation between schools and companies and labour market issues in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

We support education and turn current trends into opportunities
It offers analytical, consulting and support services for companies, institutions and citizens in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
The TRAUTOM – Competences for the 21st Century project, which is backed by the Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact (MS Pact), was approved by the Ministry of the Environment in 2024. It was officially presented to the public in June at the Moravian-Silesian Regional Governor’s Office, which is one of the founding members of the MS Pact. The team currently consists of 14 core staff and other specialized external experts.
TRAUTOM aims to work with employers and experts to prepare companies and citizens for current and future changes in the labour market. It offers analytical services, free consultancy and provides a package of information to develop training strategies that promote innovation for companies, institutions and the region.
