ENVI Working Group
Basic information
The aim is to provide SMEs with information and tools for implementing sustainable practices, sharing knowledge and experience, offering educational opportunities in the field of envi-tech and sustainability, building partnerships between companies, the public sector and academia, creating expert teams of experts focused on a specific topic and collaboration.
Approximately 15-25 active members. Representatives of the region, cities, strategic projects, experts on various topics in sustainability, etc.
“Topics such as environmental friendliness and sustainability are increasingly being written not only into economic activities, but also into strategic documents such as the MSK Regional Innovation Strategy. The search for a balance between economic prosperity and significant non-pollution of the environment in which we live brings many challenges, from upcoming and often already current legislation, to the implementation of new concepts such as circularity, or the realization that sustainability is also about people, about employees. The ENVI-TECH working group aims to discuss these topics and share knowledge and experiences of those involved. When defining a specific project, expert teams can be formed and work together to develop specific activities that will support the development of SMEs in the region.”
