Our voice analytics-based solution enables businesses to improve call quality and gain perfect visibility into employee performance and customer satisfaction.

From drone to voice analysis. This is also part of the story of a startup from Jablunkov, Discidius, which, with the help of artificial intelligence and voice analysis, can monitor calls and contribute to both call center performance and employee mental health. The project is already being tested in foreign markets, and the potential to expand the app to other sectors is great. “Not to be taken as a number, a robot. We want the manager to know how the operators feel too. Then the whole process becomes more efficient,” describes Discidius CEO Erich Sikora.
