Importance for the region

TRAUTOM supports education in industries undergoing green digital transformation.

It connects employers in the region with top experts in the field to ensure that the corporate and civic sectors are best prepared for current and future changes in the labour market.

Launched in June 2024, the project’s mission is to create opportunities for businesses and individuals in the county through education and mentoring.

The county is changing and with it the job market, new jobs are being created and many are gradually disappearing. This results in new needs for competencies and consequently education of employees.

We are all part of the transformation process. We in the TRAUTOM team see these transformations as an opportunity and think especially about people when preparing our services.

  • JOB DATA: Focusing on the evolution of employment in the region in the context of technological change. Statistical and analytical evidence is an integral part of a flexible training strategy, supporting innovation and the readiness of companies and employees for future changes.
  • COUNSELLORS MSK: In the counselling centre, citizens will receive individual support and information about new job opportunities and the needs of the rapidly changing labour market. Group, individual and online counselling will help them define their existing skills that they can use when changing jobs or careers. They can also benefit from support in choosing suitable retraining and further education, preparing for a job interview or writing a CV.
  • Services for companies: assistance with the development of a training plan or a transformation plan in response to technological innovation and changes in the industry. Companies define specific procedures for training their employees. They can implement them from public funds, which they apply for through Grant Call No. 33 – Training in companies in the MSK. From 2025 onwards, companies will also be able to use the forthcoming educational platform Skills MSK, offering the necessary courses for companies in transition.
